I'm currently a second year student at the University of Otago, studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with a major in Functional Human Biology.
I previously studied the IGCSE curriculum from Year 10 to 11, and took the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma programme from Year 12 to 13, so I am familiar with the curriculums. I am also currently tutoring NCEA Level 2 Chemistry, Biology and Statistics. In addition, I am also currently a tutor at an English company, Bibo International, which offers English tutoring services to non-native speakers from all over the world.
I achieved Grade 5 music theory with distinction from ABRSM in 2011. I also achieved both an ATCL Diploma in piano from Trinity College London and Grade 7 in violin with distinction from ABRSM in 2015.
I've been tutoring since 2013, and have always had a passion for teaching. I like to get students engaged in activities as much as possible, so I try to provide a variety of different activities and different learning methods for them to choose from and go with. I also try to provide them with as many study resources as possible to aid them in their learning.
